Eugene Pichkhaia is Founder of French bakery chain Entree since 2008, Prior to Launching French concept Cafes Mr. Pichkhaia in 2001 has founded Georgia's leading food retailer - Populi now operating all over the country and was the Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2001 Till December 2010.
 Mr. Pichkhaia has previously worked at Ayety TV, a Georgian TV cable operator, starting as a sales manager in 1993 and worked his way up to CEO of the company by 1997.
 Eugene Pichkahia earned an MD from The Tbilisi Medical University and was student of University of Pennsylvania (USA).
